Power step locked open

Power assist step is locked open on driver side… 2023 Chevy Silverado.

Anyone know how to remedy this?  Seems to be just locked open … just on the driver side.

Will it rotate back? Probably time to make a call to your dealership in the morning.

It is completely locked in the out position.

I figured the high country would have the same boards as my GMC. There's a foot button on the back of the running boards to swing them back towards the rear.

Page 28 in the online owner's manual. Way more complete than the paper one, at least for my LTZ. Free to download at my.chevrolet. Paper one is lucky to cover half of the features.
