Service History needed

Is there anyone willing to help me out... I'll even pay via Pay Pal for a print out of my service history on  my 2018 Silverado. My Carfax didn't show much work at all. I hope a print out from a GM dealer will give more info.

After buying mine, the dealers sent me pdfs of the service records by email.  Some asked for proof of ownership, some did not.

All I got was a Car Fax... They handed mw 1 key and 1 fob and I damn near walked out on the deal. I have never purchased a vehicle and handed 1 key.

I have been hesitant because I do business at a different dealer then where I purchase it from.

Doesn't hurt to ask. Ask the original dealer. If not local he can send PDF to you

Call GM Customer Service, it's not like this is confidential information if you can prove to them you own the truck.

Use the CarFax to see which dealers serviced the vehicle and then call each one asking for pdf copies of the service records.

I did ask the dealer and was emailed 1 sheet. Don't look they did much recently... they were the original selling dealer so I didn't learn much else.

GM service history will really only show warranty work.

 

The servicing dealer(s) who did work would have customer pay (and warranty) service records, but most of the time they do show up on Carfax.

It looks like the previous owner had the truck serviced somewhere other than the dealer as no recent service info on my selling dealer service record.
