I just bought a new 24 Sierra Denali 1500 4WD that I want to put some lowering shackles on to get rid of the rake in the rear. I've been searching the forums and seeing where people have had vibration issues and some do not. The one that had vibration had fixed it by flipping the factory leaf spring shim 180 degrees and that eliminated the vibration. My truck doesn't have the shim so I was curious if anybody here has a 22+ Sierra Denali that has lowered the rear end and not had this issue. I went with the Maxtrac setup that will be here tomorrow and will have them put in on Friday. Also, will these hurt the ride quality? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

DW

While I can't answer your question, but did you notice that part shows it for 2019-2023 and you show you have a 2024?

I had the belltech shackles on my 22 limited and they worked great and no vibration. I went with a full maxtrac 2/4 drop on my 2023 and have no complaints so far.

Got them installed and only noticed a slight vibration under deceleration between 27-22mph so far. I think I can live with that as long as it doesn't get worse with time/mileage.

Did adding the kit interfere with the self leveling/ magnetic ride control?

...if you click on the link OP posted to the kit he used, you will notice it has brackets that allow the rear ride control sensors to relocate the attachment point of the link for the sensor for the Adpative Ride Control (these don't use Magride).

@DwDrummer I know this is an old thread but I’m hoping you’re still on here. I was wondering about your feelings about the MaxTrack 2” rear drop kit with ARC sensor relocation brackets. I have a ‘23 sierra denali with ARC and it doesn’t look like there’s much else out there, which is strange after ARC being around for several years. Did you solve the vibration? My Yukon Denali needed adjustments to the ride height sensors and shock extenders. I’m wondering if shock extenders may help.

thanks for the help

@Low Elevation I’m still looking for some help. You mentioned the Belltech shackles but I don’t see them for trucks with ARC. Does your elevation have it? I also see where you purchased the full max track 2/4 kit. Did you swap out the rear? I’m just wanting to lower the rear of my ‘23 Sierra Denali
