2014 4.3 with 165,000 miles.  Don’t think the MAF had ever been touched, and the truck has slowly lost performance and MPG.  I cleaned the MAF sensor with CRC MAF cleaner, let it dry, and then reconnected it.  Disconnected the battery before plugging the sensor back in.

Truck started fine, and drove it about 2-3 miles in the neighborhood to test it.  Two things I noticed are the fan stays on high and the oil pressure increases to 50-55 under normal acceleration.  AFM does seem to activate easier though.  Hadn’t seen it go into V4 in a while, and it switched right over to V4 when coasting.

Are the oil pressure and high fan speed symptoms of the ECM relearning/retuning after the battery was unplugged, or have I created a potential problem?

Your TB needs to be reset after cleaning. There's a video on YouTube show the DIY procedure or it can be down with a computer relearn.

It may have been doing strangles things to your truck until it "relearned". This is just a guess on my part.
