rjgvt, I drive on all the conditions you listed.  That being said, my commute vehicle has Nokian all weather tires.  They are great.

I had Nokian Vatiiva M/T on a old 1982 Toyota 4wd I owned and those were very aggressive tires and beasts in the snow
