After replacing a fuse under the hood do u have to disconnect the battery to reset computer?

I would not think so. What fuse did you replace?

 

I assume replacing the fuse did not repair whatever issue you are having.

Number 14 under the hood . It is a 10 Amp fuse .that is correct it didn't fix my blinker error. OBD II has no code ,no software update ,every time you apply the brake camera turns on no matter if your in park ,drive even if engine isn't running.
