Left blinker at 7-Pin very low voltage

So I plugged in my travel trailer today and no left turn signal. Checked the bulb, all good. Didn't think it was my truck BUT, I was wrong. Test light and nothing......wait, I can see it blinking but almost non-existent. I chased all of the connectors down, cleaned them and put them back on. Same thing. Help & thanks.

Thank you. I am going to check it out now. Weirdest thing I have seen. I'm wondering if it could be the module mounted behind the spare tire. I've called 3 dealerships and no one has had the problem come into their shops.

Well, I guess either nobody knows or nobody wants to help. so I guess I will join another Forum and see if I can get an answer.
