I see the GMCustomerService user who posts on various topics occasionally. Has anyone actually emailed them and gotten a reply? I would like to do if it actually does anything.

I filled out the customer satisfaction survey for GM QC.  They called me yesterday to talk about the issue with my lumbar inflating on its own.  I told them I am taking it in on Wednesday, and they told me they would call back Friday to see if they actually diagnosed and fixed the issue.  Take that for what it's worth.

You are not talking with a GM employee and may or may not even be in the North America.  I have never heard of anyone getting any satisfaction talking to them, to the contrary, a run-around.  Its just some contracted service provider to field issues.  They can do little to nothing to influence any outcome. They get your info (name/VIN/Dealer) and call the dealer to  advise them of the issue. They can not force the dealer to do anything and if the dealer says, stuff it. Not much else they can do.

That’s not what we like to hear

Its only here for marketing reasons. I suspect they hope it gives the impression that GM monitors public forums and reaches out to owners to give direct help with problems.

Oh, and it’s clearly a bot.
