So, you can't feel that bounce at low speed? A neighbor had a similar experience on his 2023 Sierra at around 40-60mph and it went away after installing the new tires from 4Wheelonline plus the alignment.

I don’t notice the bounce at lower speeds.  It’s more noticeable the faster I go.  Above 40 mph it’s noticeable.  If I hit the 80 mph mark is extremely noticeable.

I had the exact same problem with my 2020 Silverado (Z71, 3.0 Duramax)...  Very "soft" suspension. Noticed it way more while towing. Hitting imperfections in the highway made it bounce up and down like a boat in a wavey ocean.  Was solved by adding airbags.  Previously I had a 2017 Colorado (Z71, 3.0 Duramax) and the suspension was way better. More stiff, no bouncing.

matt grz were you able to resolve this. Just purchased a 2025 SLT X31 and I'm having the same problem. Talked to a service tech about changing out the shocks and struts and was told that it would not give me the effect that I was looking for. I tend to take what the service tech says with a grain of salt. I really want to find a solution because trading it back in is not an option.

I had my tires road forced balanced, dealership lied to me and said 3 passed one was out of tolerance but they rebalanced it and is all good.  I Called them out on their bullshit, had them road forced balanced again, 3 out of 4 tires were so far out of tolerance that they replaced them under warranty, I paid for the fourth new tire just because, I had all 4 new tires road forced balanced, it’s comical how many weights they used to get them to pass the road force balance (or so they say it passed they still wouldn’t get me a report), I still get a little bounce and it’s not perfect but it’s 1000% better than it was.  I have the crappy Goodyear duratracs on there and they wouldn’t pay for another brand so they replaced them with the same crappy Goodyear duratracs, I’d bet if I got a better quality tire the bouncing would probably be even better.

I can’t say for sure that’s your issue, but the new tires and road force balancing seemed to make my bounce tolerable now.  I hope you get yours figured out!  For the price of these rigs we shouldn’t have to screw around with them so much, but that seems like the way of the world these days.  Wish you the best man!  Keep us posted!

On the 2025 does the radio cut out for a second at a time every 20 minutes or so?  On my 2024 it didn’t do it at first, or I didn’t notice it, but now that’s driving me crazy lol.

Yes the radio does. I thought I was imagining things, but it does it more often than not now. I agree for the cost of these trucks it's crazy the amount of issues there are. I'm now here a clunking sound in the suspension when I'm turning sometimes. I don't know what it is, but it's definitely there. Thanks for the info on the force balancing the tires. I'll give it a try and let you know if it worked.

I had a clunking noise from the rear suspension in my last GMC, they torqued down the u-bolts that hold the leaf packs together and it seemed to make it go away.  Not sure if that’s your issue but some friendly information.  The radio thing sucks lol.  If I get that figured out I’ll reach back out.  Have a good weekend!

That's what I thought, until I actually got service.  GM Customer Service on this site gave another customer a link that I followed-up on.  GM corporate contacted me with an email and a phone call.  In a little over a week, the result ended with Corporate writing me a check for inferior quality or lack of quality control on a truck that was 11 years old.  If GM customer service on this site gives you a recommendation, follow it, you might get compensation for your problem.
