Wireless CarPlay stopped connecting

Ive used this feature for a year now, no issues connecting,  Now it's gone.  Phone connects via bluetooth no issues.  I've deteted the phone several times and reconnected.... it asks me to accept CarPlay which I do, and have checked all the settings on my phone and toggled "carplay" on and off, no luck.

 

Upgraded my phone to latest operating software and tried again.  What's the deal.  Has to be something I'm not aware of?

 

I see my truck's wifi network is gone, not sure if that matters?

I have the exact same issue. Dealer tells me its my phone, phone says is the truck.

 

No one will fix it and I am almost out of warranty.

 

At this point I could care less about the wireless aspect. However, my phone connects bluetooth but every time I start the truck and drive I get a two messages popping up. First one says apple car play cound not connect, hit cancel or retry. Second one says feature unavailable while driving.

 

I have read every forum, watched every youtube, disconnected phone, unpaired, repaired, reset, made sure truck and phone software updated. still doesnt work.

 

This is very frustrating.

I have the same symptoms.  Ar Play works fine when attached with a cable. iPhone 15 in a 2021 AT4.

Quick update: yesterday, I connected my phone to the truck WiFi. That resolved the issue.

Same issue, been going on for months now.  Tried some of the fixes that were circulating, no fix.  iPhone 15.  

It's intermittent though..possibly related to remote starting vs in vehicle starting.  However being intermittent, it will work on occasion with NO changes to configuration.
