I’m bringing my 2025 AT4 6.2 to get the revised dual mode exhaust calibration -to get a little louder.

I do like the existing sound in sport, so I’m hoping it only gets better.

Has anyone else done this yet -and if so what do you think of it?

So I ordered it and you get a sheet with a code sent to you.

Then called the dealer. To set up the time for the reflash, which they have to coordinate with GM tech.

it cost $395.00, but I used the GM site 20% off and had some rewards points ended up costing me $300.00.

ill try to remember to do a before and after 😳

Let us know how this works out for you. I really want to get that done to my truck.

Got the install Monday.

Biggest notice is that after the start up, the exhaust stays louder. It seems to have a little more burble to it too, but no drone on the highway.

Took a before and after, but the site says they are too long?

Was it from the Chevrolet Accessories website?  If so that will pull from dealer inventory levels.  If the dealer it was ordered from has none in stock it will email you backordered if it had to be ordered.  If it was from one of those "online GM parts" sellers (GMPartsDirect for example), it likely said backordered because they don't have it in stock and have to order it.

Otherwise, that "part" 85822149 calibration isn't on backorder.  Lots of stock available.
