I saw a post on another forum. The poster had a leak around the shark fin area. Looking at these pics of the new truck. I don't see it or it's well camouflaged. If so it's about time!!

Nah, just camouflaged really well.  It's definitely on the 2 door that was spotted.

You can see it better in this second picture, just above the driver's door window.

If anything it goes to the larger but lower one from the 2025 Tahoe/Suburban:

Older spys.  The regular cab is the most recent spy shots taken.

The only other thing, IF they did it, is if they moved everything to inside/part of the CHMSL spoiler on double and crew cabs.  Regular cabs don't use a spoiler on the top of the cab so they'd have to roof mount.

IMO, that's a slim IF.  I wouldn't be surprised if they debut with a shark fin on all cabs.

I just want them to finally debut the truck and give more information about the new engines.

Probably won't till the January auto shows start. If it's a 27 model we are still a year off from seeing a good inventory selection on the lots anyway. Plus with the 14 and 19 launch with subsequent recalls. Plus they are talking about new engines! I'd be waiting till the next model year anyway.

Those are test mules and are not the final production version.

And possible water leaks!

So far no leaks for me. Hopefully it stays that way

First of all as part of the development program we typically have small numbers of vehicles that we put out in the hands of people that drive them on a daily basis. That’s a part of our development program that occurs prior to production. We call that a “captured test fleet”. Captured meaning we know where the cars are and we know who the drivers are, and test fleet because the cars aren’t in production yet. We use the versions that we build at the tail end of the development cycle to really put them out there on a daily basis to get better understanding of what’s going on with the vehicles.

I never understood why people complain about this? What's wrong with the antenna being on the roof? I don't see it as a eyesore, hell I don't even pay attention to it.

In the past gen trucks and probably the present as well. That antenna has been known to leak! I mean the antenna on my wife's 21 Acadia is all the way at the back of the roof. It's time it's been there for years.  Just give it a clean roof line already!
