I have a '25 Sierra SLT and when placing my Google Pixel 8(Android) phone on the pad, it indicated charging on the main display but actually discharges the phone with no apps running. I've tried centering the phone, placing it the opposite direction, etc. Had it to two different dealers and they report it charges the tech's phone. Recently at the second dealer, I demonstrated to the service manager. They ended up replacing the charger with no change/improvement. My phone has an Otterbox case but you get the same results with my fiance's Google Pixel 10(newer version) with NO case. Now the phone charges just fine on an older Verizon induction charger and a Amazon induction charger I recently purchased for the bedroom night stand. It doesn't make sense.

Has anyone else ran into this with a Google Pixel phone?

So after some online searching, it appears to be a known issue with Google Pixel phones and Google is actively working on resolving this under their next update to be rolled out sometime this December(2025). It's just weird other chargers work fine but not the truck charging pad.
