Buying a new trailer that has 16" rims vs my old trailer that has 14" rims. My understanding is that the 14" rims have a 0.453" valve stem hole and the new trailer 16" rims will have 0.625" size valve stem hole.

What do I need to do to transfer the TPMS sensors to the new rims?

You start with finding out what size tire valve the new rims actually uses, instead of guessing/assuming/using some ai bot to tell you.

Then, if they truly do use a different size, you drive out to the nearest lake with at least 10 square miles of surface area, throw all those TPMS sensors as far as you can into that lake, then drive back to town, buy new tpms sensors that fit those 16" rims.
