Parking Lot Damage...

The bumper appears to be pushed forward into the body and scratched the body behind the bumper.

The left side fender near left edge of bumper, where bumper wraps forward, appears bulged out.

The very bottom lower left of tailgate now scrapes against body when opening the tailgate.

NOTE:  Interesting....the chrome bumper does not appear scratched nor the plastic trim (pic of bumper with black marks is camera/light reflection.

Repair questions…

1.  Will the complete truck bed need to be replaced due the bulging out of fender and bed/fender pushed slightly inward causing tailgate to run?

2.  If no bed is not replaced. How do they address the bulging outward and tailgate rub?

3.  Other thoughts on this repair?

Thanks?

They definitely won't replace the entire bed.  The outside skin can replaced.  But the damage is minimal, I'd lean toward PDR as mentioned above.

I wouldn't recommend PDR, and any good PDR guy is going to tell you to find a body shop.

Paint is missing, and the bedside now has fitment issues as evidenced by the narrowing gap with the tailgate, and the bumper appears to either be bent or it's possible the brackets are bent.

Even if you planned to use touch-up paint where the bumper met the bedside and where the tailgate is rubbing, the underlying damage needs to be addressed. A body shop will need to pull out the bedside and possibly replace the bumper depending on where the damage is, disassemble all the adjacent trim and repair the ding and rub with the tailgate, clear and likely clear both the bedside and tailgate.

If I had to guess you're looking at a couple thousand dollars in damage to make it look like factory again.
