i am fixing to install a powerdyne supercharger on my 02 gmc 5.3l. I have the 6 and 9 psi pully, i am going with 9 psi, but i was wondering if i should put an intercoller on there. i have read in some placed that i would loose like 2 psi of boost if i did. just wondering if anyone knows anything on this subject?

I've never heard that intercooling reduces boost. You MAY have heard that intercooling reduces charge temperature enough that you can get 2psi more boost without adjusting your timing for it. I'd intercool it with the 9psi pully but probably not with the 6psi pully.

Let us know how it goes.

I personally (living in Texas) wouldn't put on a turbo or supercharger without an intercooler. Once you experience boost, more is better and without cooling down the intake charge your not going to be able to run more boots.
