Chassis Lube

Hello:

 

I am a first time poster.  I have a '01 Green Z-71 Extended Cab LS.  I read in the owner's manual to lube the chassis.  It did not say where or with what.  (At least I didn't see it)  Can anybody help me.

Its actually very easy.  I didnt first do it (had dealership do it) till i had 18K on my truck.  I wasted about $50 having them do it.

I use mobil 1 synthetic lube (not expensive)

Thanks for the link and the help.  I think I'll do it myself.  It looks easy enough.

It's pretty easy, I think it took me about 1/2 hour crawling underneath the truck and locating all of them the first time.  After that I've been able to do it in about 10 minutes.  However there is that one fitting.  It's the one that on the site ryanbab gave you was changed out for a 90 degree zirc you may want to consider doing the same.  I know I'm going to.
