Should be under the hood underneath the fuse panel, I think, I have never looked for mine, I went with a handheld programmer.

i already checked there. no luck :banghead: i'm assuming it is going to be some where simple because the instructions say all i'm going to need is a 7mm socket.

When you look down into the engine bay, to the lower left side of the battery is a black plastic cover. You pull that cover off and there is a metal clip that holds the PCM onto the base. You may have to use a flat-head screwdriver to help pry it off. Once you get it loose, the rest is a piece of cake.

deerhunter is correct.

it's in a plastic box that will take a little finess to open. The box is located around the wheel well on the drivers side. There is 2 rather large wire harnesses attached to it.

Open this box (the one circled in white):

Negative my friend, that is the Main fuse box :banghead: Look at the battery towards the front from there, now look down more towrds the right side of the truck you will see a lblack plastic cover. You may need a 7mm socket when you get the cover off to remove the wiring harness (2x). Have a friend help you, move slow and all is fine!

Dang...Can you tell it was 0430 when I did that or what?

Nothing like getting perfect information off the internets huh?

Sorry 'bout that. :banghead:

It appears to be in the area between the battery and the plastic fan housing. Behind the grille, yet in the front 1/2 of the engine compartment.
