Was checking out the Chevrolet and GMC build sites today and only the crew cabs are options. I saw 2 extended cab versions in town today, a black 2wd and a white Z71. Anyone else seen them around?

Saw my first purchased 07 crew sitting in the lot at Quaker Steak Saturday night. That blue/gray color...It was dark at the time, but I've seen that on the dealer's lot as well and it looked good.

I have seen several crew cabs around, but nothing else.

Same here, I thought the extended cabs weren't going to be released until January?

I have YET to see a single one of these trucks ont he raods yet, and I've been looking. Our local dealer has had the same two trucks for about 3 weeks now?

Kind of odd.

I also read recently that GM truck sales were up 26% over last novembers sales numbers... so where the hell are they all? :D

Local dealer has a few on the lot. They are all crew cabs. I have seen two in town. A dark blue CC and a tan CC. They don't look too bad the more I see them, but I still think my truck looks more truck like or something.

Several of my local dealers have numerous extended cabs sitting on the lot right now. I drove by one dealer that had that bluish/gray one sitting out front along with black, white and pewter.

Yes, yes they are :D

And they are actually up A LOT. GM typically sells around 75K truck PER MONTH so a 29% increase is HUGE for a one month sales increase! BUT, to be fair, last november was a little slow on sales, so compared to Novemeber 2004 sales it may only be a 10% increase or so, but, still good :D

General Motors (NYSE: GM) dealers in the United States sold 297,556 new cars and trucks in November, a 6%increase compared with last year.

Beginning with the 2007 model year in September, retail sales are up 13% and while retail sales for November were up 11% compared to a year ago.

Retail truck sales were up 17%, led by a 29% increase in large pickup retail sales such as Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra and a 36% increase in luxury utility retail sales, including triple-digit retail increases for the entire Cadillac Escalade lineup.
