Warrenty Transfer?

Looking at an 06 chev with 24K miles. The previous "owner" was a rental company. I though use as a rental was not covered by the warrenty.

If I buy this will the factory warrenty still be in effect?

The truck will still posses the remainder of the factory warranty, regardless of the prior owner.
