I have used Racesearch.com for some parts in the past. They have great prices, fair shipping charges, and good customer service. However, Thursday July 25th, I ordered a set of Weather-Tech front floor mats for my new '02 Envoy they only cost $43.00 with the shipping. I kept checking the status of my order online and it reads,"Order Open, Status Not Yet Shipped." So this past Thursday I called, the first thing the automated system said is that "We have had a large increase in the volume of orders....."  and then got someones voicemail box that said, it was full and not accepting any more messages. Now, I am not in a huge rush to get the mats, as winter is still a little bit off. But how about some kind of notification about them being on backorder or delayed or something. I was just wondering if anyone else has had or is having this experience with this company?

Just wanted to give an update.... It has now been 16 days since I first placed my order for the mats with racesearch.com. Still can't get through to anyone on the phone. I got their fax number from California better business burea and sent them a fax this past Thursday. I still haven't heard anything. I have looked on other sites and it seems like it takes three weeks to get this mats shipped, because they come from the manufacturer. So I am giving them until next friday, if I still don't hear anything, I am cancelling the order, and emailing better buisness. Anyone know of a good online group that I can't get the weather tech mats from at a fair price. All the websites I have visited are $10-$15 more expensive with the shipping. But I would rather pay a little more and have the floor mats before Christmas.

Well, it has now been 23 days since I placed my order and still no response from these guys. I have sent emails now requesting that they cancel my order and also talked to my credit card company. I have not been charged yet for anything and if they try to I am going to dispute it immediately. I also filed a complaint with the California Better Business Bureau. I would warn everyone not to use this company. If they can't even return a phone call or email, what good are they?
