hello all!

newbie from pittsburgh, with a 2000 silverado z71. i plan to drop it, get a set of 18's on it, and then start motor mods. i've beeen lurking around, and think i'm ready for at least a 3/5 drop. i'll be searching around for more info about dropping 4x4's.

  Thank you, I took my truck and fortunately it was covered. I am not sure why the guy said it was not. Everything is good, thanks again.

  Just was clarifying as a lot has happened in the last 12 years in the filter business Definitely wasn't questioning your impression of the new filters as they are definitely of a better construction it seems vs. the blue ones. We did see a couple of the PF48A's and PF64A/B leak though at the seam where the can and the baseplate mate up. Right out of the box too. So I don't know if it was a bad batch that slipped through or what. 48A would be on like 07-14 LS V8 engines, 64A/B would be like 2018-current Chevy Equinox.
