Back In Business

Well I finally got my car back running and all of my changes made.

 

We changed intake manifolds, repaired a head gasket, new plugs, added evacuation tubes and changed the exhaust to Magnaflows.

 

Now, I just need to get it cleaned up for this weekend. I hauled it back from OK this morning and then I had to work this afternoon so I didn't get any videos in motion, but I did get one of the exhaust.

 

I will get some better videos and pictures this weekend at the Super Chevy Show.

Thanks guys for all the compliments. I am really glad to have it back.

 

With the intake? We'll see. I went from a Victor Jr to a Super Victor, a little bit bigger intake that flows quite a bit better. Whether I see any gains or not will depend on if the Vic Jr was actually an adequate intake for my motor or not. We are counting on it the fact it wasn't, but who knows.

 

I am really pleased with the exhaust. I removed my Flowmaster Super 44's, which I do like the sound of, but were actually A LOT louder than these Magnaflows.

 

All of this could add up for a loss. I don't know, but I can guarantee you one thing...If it does, it won't be slower for long. There is go fast juice in this motors future
