I know, the apartment complex is brand new, and i've already got two parking spots that are literally covered in dirt. Theres a pile of dirt so big in my parking spot that its like a speed bump. Haha and they had to close the construction lot off in front of my apartment because i was cutting through it and "conveniently hitting the mud holes" while cutting through.

Looks like red Georgia clay. Northern AZ has that orange/red mud on the Navajo reservations.
