Letter From Chevy

Anyone else get a letter from Chevy this past weekend? It was from Ed Peper (North America VP for Chevy)

 

I am a valued member of the chevy family

 

I was kind of impressed but also thought why did they spend the money to send this??? Just keep making vehicle and start making the 2010's and you will have a repeat customer :lol

I thought the same thing. They spent money on changing their website too. Why? (I don't like the new functions of BYO)

The new website sucks. It is so slow. It takes forever to load (from home and work)

I got the letter too, and I agree that the website could be a little better. I do like how it shows you the truck, it could actually change and add the different items that you add but it gives a good overall picture.
