Will They Fit?

i have a 2008 gmc sierra crew cab z71 and i am wanting too put a 6in superlift on it and run 20x9 ballistic hostel wheels and run bf mud terrain km2 tires i want too go with 325/60/20 but some say they wont fit but i found a dealership that are running that size on everything they lift is there any one running that size tire with that lift and if so do they scrub bad?

Keep your wheels in the neighborhood of 5.5" backspacing and you will be ok. Remove your front valance and you may need to trim some plastic in the fender wells. You should be good to go.

A '20" aspect ratio tire on an off road truck is for street posers only. Totally stupid and impractical. You will damage the rim the first time you hit a 4 inch deep pothole.

lets check the math on that one.....20" rim and a 35.5" tire. seems to me he'll have to hit an 8" deep pothole that's at least 14 inches wide. So as long as you stay away from uncovered sewer-holes, I think his 20's will be alright :(

My tires have lip protectors, and it's probably his DD and not likely not a trail rig. 20's look great on the new trucks. :( . Street queens FTW! :sigh:

thanks for the back up man some people think they know it all. i like your truck i had a white 05 crew cab z71 and i loved it till i got hit by a drunk.
