Squeaking When Driving

I have a '02 Ext Cab Silverado Z71 with about 205,000 miles. For the last little while, it squeaks when I drive. I only hear it when I am driving slow with the windows down on a dirt road or in the woods so it's not all that loud. Do you think it could be shocks?

ive had a similar sqeak recently and it turned out it was the wheel being slightly loose...if it was the shocks ...you would notice alot of bounce when hitting bumps...

Body mounts

I agree with the body mount. If it sounds like it is behind the dash on the drivers side and sounds like plastic rubbing, I think you'll find that it is the body mount just under the A pillar. Do a search on the squeaking in dash area.
