    Mine lasted around 30k miles but looked 20 years old on the outside. I called them my pogo sticks and happily switched to Bilstein 5100s.

    The Early years of K2 GM platform trucks had this same issue. Dealer attempted fix consisted of plastic clips that kept the seat bracket from shifting to the side causing the clunk. My fix was a rubber hose and clamp! Sounds like the T1 trucks are plagued by some of the same problems as the K2s Along with creaky rear leaf springs and other.     Shut down the Wet Markets and bring back manufacturing to the homeland. Just my humble opinion.

    Range type devices only add a band aid to the potential problems and are not a true "delete". Here is a great site explaining why a delete kit works better than tuning afm out electronically. Just my 2 cents. http://bdturnkeyengines.com/afm-dod-info

    There is a special coverage warranty on the Vacuum Pump. For 6 years or 72k miles as long as the dealer confirms that the Pump as bad.

    I would not confess that the zevos are better than say other 921s you can get online based on some pics and reviews read within this site. Yes they do bring out the "lines" from the clear lens but then again i remember my halogens did also. The same bulb works in the cargo lights. I have the same set you linked to above.

    They will fit any K2 so it is possible your bed is newer or they were stuck on after the fact LOL

    The newer models came from the factory with black plastic stick on cab and front lower bed corner protectors. Earlier K2s did not. Any of you 2016 and up owners know what i am talking about or have pictures of yours on the truck?

    The 72k mile cap is a joke. Especially for us early 14 and 15 owners who are/were already disqualified when this recall bulletin was issued due to 4-5 years of racked up mileage.

    So who has had the brake software update? Did you truck improve or get worse? I have already read here where it made braking worse.

    Who else has had the "update" performed? Did it make your truck worse or better? wait for the recall to get the brake booster replaced? You mean the Vacuum Pump? What year and mileage is your truck?

    Sorry to confirm your suspicion, but yes yours is leaking. If mechanically inclined you can replace yourself for under $200 including new refrigerant.

    Could be the oil pump. This was a common noise on the earlier 14 and 15 K2 trucks. Possibly alternator as well.

    The pump is around $135 + the new serpentine belt if you so choose to replace. From what i hear it takes about 1-2 hours or so to change out. Here is a video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FRNXYmD30e8
