Hello. I am a member of silveradoSS.com. I met a couple guys from this forum at a meet in L.A.. Just wanted to say hello and hope to find some good info on this forum. :nono:

Welcome to GMT,I live in SoCal too,actually Santa Clarita.How do you go about getting around the smog laws with that blower? I ask cuz I wanna do it too,someday

You can still pass smog with a blower. It is the other mods like longtube headers are a no no in CA and removing your catalic converters. There is always a way to pass a smog test but you might have to fork out some extra money...

Welcome!! Sweet truck. Would you care to share some engine info, like what block it is? ( 6L bored and stroked?? :thumbs:

Thanks. It's the LQ9 stock ss block, fully forged internals built by Superior Automotive in Anehiem CA. Was a 6.0 and the larger crank now makes it a 6.7 liter.
