General Deserves Public Apology From Senator

It would have been bad enough if she just said "excuse me general, please address me as senator rather than ma'am".... or maybe she could have tried to lighten the mood a little and show some humanity with "people refer to my mother as ma'am"; which she would still take heat for..... but to say "i worked really hard to get here so address me as senator"... as if she's a judge talking to some teenage kid who was pulled over for speeding. She's talking to a decorated General who has TRULY worked hard...

It just kind of irks me... especially how she interrupted him to say that; that just adds salt to the wound... :chevy:

Don't you just LOVE politicians. Glad to see the American politicians are just as dumb and full of BS as our Canadian ones.

What's the similiarity between a politician and a baby's diaper?

They are both full of sh*t and need to be changed

If she "represented" my district, everyone I knew would be calling her office nonstop to step down.

And people wonder why nothing gets done in Washington.

I find a couple things interesting about that one.

1. The guy has a point. Her argument is racist in nature.

2. The guy starts off with an attitude too...he was rude, had a chip on his shoulder, and sounded like he was looking for a fight.

3. Using his own logic, why is there not ONE Chamber of Commerce that speaks for ALL of us regardless of skin color?

And the most funny thing of all...he calls her "ma'am" at least three times at the beginning of the clip, and she did not correct him. I bet a psychologist can tell us why she feels it necessary to correct the general and not this guy.
