Just curious on what the lowest reading our truck temperature sensor can display. Here in florida mine was 23 degrees. I know that is not cold but curious to see what the lowest reading is.

+1

On new year's eve I had -29°C (-20°F) showing on the display. It's been colder than that in the past few weeks but I didn't have to drive then luckily.

One time I was up in the mountains and it dropped into the 20*s and then the temperature just said "ICE". :dunno: But mine's a GMT800.

I've seen -8 F in my truck. My truck showed 1 F last week when I got in after spending an hour and a half using a snowblower cleaning out driveways.

it will. my 03 will do that when temps are about 34-35* it just indicates that it is cold enough, that there is a chance for black ice , or regular ice on the road..
