Anyone know what this plug is used for? It looks like a network cable socket

Looks like a USB port.. not sure though,,

Seriously? Did you really just say that you think that is a USB port? Wow.

Sorry. I just don't know what to say.

By the way, it is a RJ-45 jack. They are most commonly used for network connection these days, but you will see them used for many different data connections where they need a quick disconnect. And as mentioned above, I have seen them used on the older car phone where you had a actual handset that plugged into the car.

So I would be willing to say that this is a custom job, but a very good one. Notice the edges of the plastic rectangle that the plug sits in are very clean cut like they were cut with a machine.

Just my 2 cents.

Old car phone? Did you buy the truck used?

Good call on that.

Yess I bought it used and it does have a old school cell antenna stuck on the rear passenger side window.

Do the 2 connect I dont knnow yet, But now I would guess they do..

Anyone know where to buy a center console liner?

So I can remove the last traces of the original owner?

BTW thats all reflections, My Biotch is a mirror!~

Pull the old liner out and look for a sticker with a part number on it. Then order that part nu

Number from one of the many online gm parts sites, or your stealership. And then again you van always go to a local pick and pull and grab one out of a wrecked truck.
