Nope, sorry guys. Not for me. I say Chrome it up, not Black it out. I'm thinking of changing the black grill on my Yukon to the chrome Dinali style. Each to their own I suppose.

Did you just paint over the chrome or take it off? I'm interested in doing this too, just want to do it right nad not have it flake off.

Yes the chrome wheels did look better with the chrome grill.

I sanded the chrome down as much as possible and then used a self etching primer. I have done similar projects before with success, so we'll see how it holds up.
