Computer Removal

My vehicle is an 07 GMC Sierra Classic W/T with the 4.3L engine. I need to know where the computer is located and how to remove it. Any tips on how to do it safely would be appreciated.

On the 900 series it should be driver's side front corner, near the radiator and the battery. I'll see if I can post you up a pic.

For the 800, still in same location though. By the battery. Disconnect the negative batt terminal first.
