Grinding Brake Calipers To Fit 16" Rims?

I have a 2007 Sierra classic will I have the same issues if I try and put 16" rims on the truck it came with 17" but the 16" rims are coming with wheel spacers will that help any?

Nothing smaller than a 17" wheel will fit on 2005 and up GM 1500 pickups.

The 800 you can't fit 16s but you can over the drums just swap drums in

You can individualize your truck without putting yourself and everyone around you in danger... Just stick with 17s plenty of choices

I’m trying to do the same thing and I only need about a millimeter of space for the rim to clear. It’s only about a inch long on the outside of the caliper if that.
