Exhaust ?

2004 2500hd extended cab short box 6.0 gas.looking for cat back.i dont see one listed from magnaflow for that particular truck any insight would help. i only want single exhaust.

but it says it only fits crew cab.not extended cab short box if it fits that would be great.

called magnaflow they said it fits crew cab but not the extended cab. flowmaster has a kit that fits both oh well. guy from flowmaster did not recommend there's to me because i do a lot of high way driving.he said they have a lot of resonance in there product.

why not just remove the oem muffler and replace it with a good magnaflow..no sense spending $ on a cat back system if you only want it to be single.. keep your oem tailpipe and hangers.

thanks. it doesn't fit not even close. good thing i can tig weld and my father is a design engineer. its like saying "trust me" that turbine engine will bolt right up.

I agree with yukon; just install a muffler with your stock pipes unless they're shot. Add a stainless tip and be done with it.

man you are always gonna have to do some cuttin or some form of fitting. how bad was it? it is the same thing you just have to shorten up a couple pipes on one end...???? am i right?? i say quit whining
