Absolutely rust free underneath. I think this truck sat in a garage for most of it's life. Here's the best part.....it's a 1 owner truck that's got 43,000 original miles! Autocheck and Carfax were clean. By the way, it's KBB value is $9,800 in excellent condition. Please fire away.

WAY too much. I think $12,500. Of course I've seen 98 Sierra's on cars.com and autotrader.com with triple the miles and not in as good of condition for $2-3K more than that. They might of had buckets, maybe leather and been a Z71 but I don't see the price difference.

wow thats in mint shape!!! cant believe it!! up here in canada trucks that old never look like that...the salt just kills them. i would give him 8 grand at the very most....

I bought my current truck, in the exact same condition, with 87k on it, in 2004 for $9500. At the time, anything near that quality and mileage was pulling down $12k easy.

In my opinion, they are on crack asking $12,5 for a 13 year old truck, I don't care what condition its in. Sorry but again that's just my opinion.

Looks like a clean truck. They were still built as REAL trucks back then. That is why I don't want to get rid of mine. 196k and still kicking with mainly, just reqular maintenance. I did have the trans out of mine for a torque convertor noise, this winter, but the inside of the trans still looked like near brand new. Good luck.

I was thinking along the same lines. I thought $9K was the max I would pay for it. I've actually seen the same year truck, with the same mileage, buckets, leather w/ the console, and they're asking $15K. I couldn't imagine anyone spending that kind of money but I'm sure someone with no brains would pay it. I don't know what it is about those OBS trucks but I just love them; they look like a real truck. Don't get me wrong, if I had $40K I'd go buy a loaded '11, if for nothing more than the creature comforts, but I really like the older ones.

That body style goes for 5-7K here all day...in just as good of condition, all be it with 2X the mileage. But you can get 04 and 05 trucks for 12G here too.

If you really like the truck, offer 9500, and tell them thats its worth 9800 book value, if they wont go for it....too bad. Its not worth 12500 man.
