I'm looking to buy this car for 10k or less we haven't negotiated a finial price yet.

 

80k miles, v6 rwd, all black, leather interior, 6 disc cd changer, heated seats, moon roof, brand new tires and breaks.

 

Is there anything i should beware of?

 

it will need a drivers side window motor and theres some very small dents in the drivers door.(parking lot dents)

This +1. I had two accident with my old truck and ran a carfax report before I was about to sell it. Report came back clean. The only time it gets reported to carfax is when a police report is filed. Carfax is an independent company and nobody has an obligation to report to it. Only thing that showed on my report was the initial sale, the fact it had one owner, and when it was registered.
