295/65/18 Vs. 285/65/18

Anyone running this size with a 2.25" leveling kit and 3" block in the back. I know i can run 285/65/18 on a stock wheel. I'm guessing it wouldn't be a problem since (295/65/18) it's only about 1/4" bigger in width, and diameter then the 285/65/18. Minor rubbing issues i can deal with. Also if i went with a aftermarket wheel with an offset of +25mm and a backspace of 5.94" with the 295, would that be a good sized rim to match with those tires.
