2000 Blazer - 4wd Switch Inoperable

A little help needed for my dads 4wd blazer.

 

No lights to the push button 4wd switch

 

All fuses ok

 

TCC module has no power to red wire (what is this for, all schematics show 2 orange wires but there is only 1). Thick gauge orange wire has power.

 

Any ideas?
