Where to find area service rep?

Only way I know is through your dealer. You may need to contact another dealer to obtain this information?

Right now your best bet is to contact the 1-800 customer service number to see if that will help to make the situation better.

You realize TSBs are not warranty items right? It will only be free if your truck is still under warranty.

Tsbs are also only guides not always 100% fixes

What TSB are you talking about? Maybe some members have the same problem and can tell you what their dealer did. As stated it's not a warranty. It's merely a suggestion to dealers of what might fix a customers problem.

22k miles, warrantied. Low oil pressure, tsb pip4158c explains of seized relief valve on oil pump... My sierra idles at needle over 20lbs, my yukon(wifes) idles at 40... Dealer said its normal, i disagree. Maybe sufficient, but def not normal... Also has tapping sounds(which im thinkin is due to insufficient prssures on far side of oil run(lifter)

Ryan's point was to work with customer service to get your problem resolved, not to ask the for the number for a field rep.

Exactly at least start a case number and get it all documented then that will help to get him involved. Right off the bat they won't jump to that solution

No it isn't. That's not how it works. The dealer and GM customer service will dispatch the rep at their discretion if the issue cannot be resolved.

That is not a technical service bulletin. GM TSB documents are 10 digits long. Example: #01-23-46-678A. It is a preliminary information document, which is to give the service department and technician a "what could be wrong and what you might be able to do to solve it." What you need to do is have the dealer (seeing you are under warranty) diagnose the issue, and investigate if there is a problem with the vehicle (mind you, minimum hot oil pressure is 6psi at 1000rpm).

Per the PI document, IF from following Service Information, it leads the technician to low psi at the filter housing or psi sensor, to then do as the PI document states. No where does it say just throw these parts at it and monitor after installation for concerns. It says after diagnosing and finding a fault at a spot, then can you do this.

The GM area service rep is not for the customer, he is a GM liason for the dealer and thats why you won't find him unless he decides to contact you, which is unlikly. They deal with the dealer only, not the dealers customers.
