Got my 5watt cree back up lights yesterday and installed them, backed out of the garage this morning @ 4:45am and the lights don't seem to be any better than the factory.

With the front windows tinted now I was hoping the lights would help out to see better.

Maybe I should have gotten the one with the focused lens. They light may be to spread out with the ones I got.

Chris, the badges look great. The mpg is about what I got with my '07 and about 3 better mpg than my '02. Have you thought about clearing your headlights? You already have the markers in place. In your new pic it would make that VORTECMAX pop even more. Did you click "buy now" on those wheels? Nice.

 

Mike, maybe with pics of you new gun, your fellow "duners" will quit giving you a hard time about some past incident involving you, your truck and some sand...?

 

If you look in my sig I have painted denali headlights. I took them off because I need to take a little JB Weld to a broken adjustment but haven't got around to it. And those markers are all LED

Chris, is there a portion of your headlights that is actually painted or is that a hip term an old bastard like me wouldn't understand? I knew about the markers, that's why I thought maybe the heads were next. The only bright color on your truck would be the new emblems. I'd like to clear mine and powdercoat tha back bumper...

You guys say what you want about Mike, but from what I know about him(and his aim) he's one of the nicest guys I've ever met, even if I don't know anything about him and we've never met.

If you look at the pic in my sig, they are denali headlights, but instead of them being chrome they are black.

I haven't bought the wheels yet. Not sure when I will. Got to get the funds first. But here is one of my headlights. I have to throw a little JB Weld on it before I can reinstall it.

Sig P220 carry. Single action only like a 1911 and it has the SAS (Sig Anti Snag) treatment- basically the frame has no light rail and the slide is smoothened.

Here's a better look at my markers and headlights on my truck. The inside most lights are white LEDs.

The pistol came from budsgunshop.com. It then has to be shipped to someone in Michigan that has an FFL and can do the transfer. My AR I bought from a local shop in Mason. Everything else I purchased when I lived in NH.
