I haven't done long tubes but changing the piping from manifolds to intermediate pipe is hell. I had to make 2 cuts with the handy dandy sawzall. I went from a Y to dual pipes. If you add a Y to the headers or have to take out the whole Y assembly I feel for you

Had LTs on both our old 04 Tahoe and 03 Silverado SS. Can be a pain, but that is only cause we had to modify the exhaust for the cats.

I did the LT's on my 06 and had no trouble at all, that only being said since I decided to just cut the cats completely off to avoid and hard to bust bolts. Other than that, it was easy-ish lol.

I just like the way it looks.

Unless it is a supercharger or a turbo, not worth it when it is under the hood!!

If i got LT's there would be no cats and no mufflers.

I've heard stories of people having a really hard time getting stuck bolts out and the headers not fitting correctly, but ya'll are changing my thoughts on them. You can pick up a set for around 300

If I get em I'm going with the Thorley's from BBP, as they come with a Y-Pipe. I'll have to make up a piece to fit them up to my factory exhaust flange, but that will be easy. The Thorley's look great and have some really good reviews.
