Took the Family and the new hunting pup down to my favorite duck pond to introduce her to the water. Also filled her up with 92 for 3.79....Hate these gas prices.

Cool dog. I have a black lab. He has been in our pool quite a bit already this year

My mechanic told me it's possible that the cleaning element is just plugged, said some are cleanable.

The cat is a gif, it's supposed to dance. I don't have any new truck pics.

Just got back from a long road trip. Des Moines to Blue Ridge GA back to Des Moines. Learned alot about my truck and mileage on it's longest journey to date. On the way down, mileage was horrible. Drove aggressively to get there in a day, most of the time I was at 80-85 mph. 13.8 mpg on the way down. Not good. Left on Thursday with a day in Chattanooga. Left Chattanooga yesterday AM with a one day trip of about 13-14 hours with stops planned. Decided to reset my avg. MPG for the drive and stick to 4-5mph over the limit. Wow. Night and day difference. I guess the Callaway line about mileage not being affected during normal driving conditions may actually be true. I guess the bypass valve is pretty effective...

total trip(ten miles from home)

That 16.9 is about what I got going to Utah and back around 80-85 MPH.

On topic, I ordered a new DDM and headlight switch today

Sorry, forgot the "on topic" portion of the post. Cleaned the bug cemetery off of my truck today after a long road trip, thought I'd post some mileage numbers...

That cemetary can be hell, how much washer fluid did you go through on the drive?
