2000 Chevy Tahoe Stumble at start

I have a 2000 chevy tahoe with a 5.3L in it. It runs great but when you try starting it, it sometimes misses or stumbles and you have to try starting it again. Always starts the second time and sometimes the first time. I already changed the plugs and wires. It runs relatively smooth at idle as well. Its only a start up thing. Any help or ideas would be appreciated. Thanks

Fuel filter

Fuel pressure regulator

Fuel pump

Remove the vacuum line at the FPR. If fuel is present, replace the FPR

Take a pressure reading. Key on, engine off. Record pressure. IIRC, should be 55-62 psi. When pump stops operating, pressure should stabilize, then remain constant. If it drops more than about 5 psi in about a minute, you've got a bad check valve at the pump. Requires pump replacement.
