Finally got my Zeon's installed. I had to take off my front mud flaps as the tires rubbed. They do not rub now at 40 PSI although they are extremly close at full lock. I'm thinking of doing some trimming just to make sure they do not rub if I ever do a little off roading.

They look very aggresive and so far the ride is great. I have not gone on any trips yet so I can not comment on road noise, but i do not for see any problems.

How bad of a toll are they taking? I've got the 5.3L so I'm sure it's going to be worse.

I dropped about a mpg on the 10-10.5 range. I run e85 exclusively also which lowers the mpg so take that into account

40 PSI is well below for the max of the tire as these are XL rated and only slightly above what GM recommends.

As far as my milage. I am running E-85 now and was getting 10.9 average while running my old tires(275/55/20) and with my coopers my average has gone down to 10.5 although I have not switched my speedo yet so I know that number is off.

I have also notice the difference that 1 inch makes in tire size. My truck seems to "bounce" or "float' more, it my no means is bad at all, just noticed a difference while going to a larger tire size.

How bad did the Mud Flaps rub? I am looking at getting Nitto Terra Grapplers and dont want to have to worry about rubbing.

Noticable but it didn't interfere with driving, although i think if i would take a rubber mallet and pound back the plastic it would be ok. I am going to try that this weekend and see what happens.
