Question about shocks after rear blocks

I ordered some 3 inch blocks for the rear of my already leveled z71 and my question is this. I have the basic blue colored monroe shocks on the back of my truck and I want to know if they will fit and ride ok with the 1 inch of lift. I swapped the ones in the front to rancho rs9000 after lifting the front because the truck wound up driving like crap and bouncing around like a basketball. So will I have the same result with the monroes after lifting the back?

Yeah, generally you can go 1" in the rear and be just fine. I did that with mine, and the shocks haven't bottomed out yet.

I had 2" blocks with oem rear shocks and it wasnt bad.. If you go to three " bblocks then you gotta swap em with longer ones

Ty guys its just the cheap monroes I'm worried about the stock shocks were wore slap the heck out when I bought the truck so I don't have them for comparison basis I just know the ones in the front made my truck ride like a bouncy ball

If your rear shocks are bouncy prior to the lift I'd think they will certainly be worse upon lifting the rear. As you did in the front I'd go ahead and replace the rears. Just my opinion.
