Power mirror problems

Hello,I recently purchased a new power mirror for my fathers 04 Silverado 1500 with all of the features.My problem is the power fold features are working opposite.I've tried disconnecting the mirror and getting them on the same cycle but nithings working.Any ideas????

Clarifying question: You mean mirrors work opposite of each other or switch is doing opposite of intended (fold vs unfold)? Just want to make sure I understand the problem.

yea we need more info on this, i used to build these so im pretty familiar with the workings
