2003 Silverado Z71, 149K .Check engine light on - shows MAF code. Cleaned it once with maf cleaner, lasted couple months. Now lite back on. anything else to try?

Do you have k&n filter? Too much oil will do it...

A little piece of oil on that sensor will throw a CEL, check your air filter.

Or it could just be like the one on our 2002 Yukon - it needed replaced.
