Heads off. Do anything with lifters?

My 03 Sierra 4.8 with 140k has had some ticking of lifters. Yeah, common problem, but now that my heads are off, is there anything I should do with the lifters? Any cleaning or checks I can do?

I guess mainly because of the cost. Not sure of the price and where to get them if I got them. Wondered if I could/should try to clean them. Or, is there a way to find any bad ones?

Any competent auto parts store should have them. NAPA etc....

Ok, $13.69 each at Napa = $219. Not sure it's worth replacing them. Should I pull them and take a look at them? Will that tell me anything about which ones could be bad? I thought about getting some cleaner in them and hoping that would help. Already spending $300 on the head work, plus parts to put everything back together.
